We’ve been booked all year round!
Yes, we had a really busy 2019 indeed. Not only did Jacaranda welcome on board some amazing authors – you will hear more about their books by and by – but we had a really busy time attending book launches and related events. Some of our beautiful authors in Singapore sent out their babies into the world during the Singapore Writers’ Festival.
Our own Krishna Udayshankar launched her latest book Beast, published by Penguin SEA. The lovely Akshita Nanda also launched her second book Beauty Queens of Bishan, also published by Penguin SEA, during SWF. The glorious Noelle de Jesus’s book Cursed and Other Stories (Penguin SEA) arrived fresh from the press during SWF and the beautiful Laksmi Pamuntjak also visited Singapore to launch her new book Fall Baby (Penguin SEA).
